- What happens if my client contacts you directly for future
business ?
Our Database holds you on record as their Broker and we refer them back to you.
- Can I change commission
levels at any stage ?
Yes depending on you circumstances or how busy you are you can choose commission on a case by case basis.
- When do I receive my commission ?
When the case closes commission is payable a month from the closing date.
- What about lapses ?
Commissions are clawed back as per lenders agency agreements.
- Am I contracted to NMS to place all my business
?
No you simply place business with us that suits you.
- I am not currently registered as a Mortgage intermediary with IFSRA ?
No problem, we send you IFSRA registration forms and NMS appoints you as an agent.
- If I need information for a client do I have any
support ?
Yes if you need help or information to get the business just call us and we will advise you as best we can.
- Is training provided?
Yes we will hold training session to give you all lenders criteria and showing you how to generate more sales opportunities.
- Are any set up or administration fees payable
?
None
