Making an Application
and Policy Payment
Making an application could not be easier simply send us the following
by fax or email :
- Clients name
- Address,
- Date of birth
- Premium. or Direct Debit mandate
Payment can be made by......
- Quarterly, Half yearly or Annual direct debit, payable
in advance (terms and conditions apply)
- Cheque ,Lasercard* or Creditcard* a handling
fee of 1.5% applies *
- Salary deduction facilities for affinity and groups
schemes.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT
For quarterly and half yearly direct debits,
if the payment is not met on presentation to the clients bank
account, The balance of the Annual payment must be paid within
14 days by Cheque Cash or Creditcard , failing to do this will
mean the policy will lapse with the loss of Premiums already
made. A cancellation notice will be issued to the client. |
